By accessing and using the WheelLog application ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Use of Features & User Responsibility

All features provided by WheelLog are intended solely to assist users in tracking and manually adding trips as needed. Users are fully responsible for ensuring that all trip data, logs, and entries are accurate and truthful.

Any misuse of the application, including but not limited to misreporting, falsifying information, or creating inaccurate logs, is strictly prohibited. WheelLog (Cloudkraft Oy) shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from such misuse.

By using the application, the user acknowledges and agrees that they are solely liable for the accuracy of their records and for any legal, financial, or other implications resulting from incorrect or fraudulent entries.

3. Description of Service

WheelLog provides automated mileage tracking, reporting, and classification tools. The Service utilises your device's geographical location data in the background to accurately record vehicle trips for business, personal, or tax purposes. All automatically tracked data is provided as a convenience — the user remains fully responsible for reviewing and verifying its accuracy before submitting or relying on any records.

4. Privacy and Location Data

To function correctly, WheelLog requires access to your device's precise location, even when the app is in the background. We are committed to protecting this sensitive data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

5. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify WheelLog of any unauthorised use, or suspected unauthorised use, of your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

WheelLog (Cloudkraft Oy) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service. This limitation applies equally to any consequences arising from inaccurate, falsified, or otherwise erroneous trip records submitted by the user.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that WheelLog will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
